Merchant Place Investments is pleased to announce that it has invested in Juv'ae, alongside the company's current shareholders. Founders Melissa Isaia and Nicole Schmidt-Sanele were a key factor in Merchant Place's decision to invest, and will continue to lead the rapidly growing business.
Founded in 2009, Juva'e provides a comprehensive ecosystem for cosmetic nurses, including products, training, practice management software, and access to a Telehealth medical team. Juv'ae is headquartered in Sydney, but operates nationally.
Consistent with Merchant Place's ”longer hold, lower risk” investment strategy, the investor group intends to remain owners of the business for the long term and the acquisition was completed without using leverage.
